Resignation of members of the Supervisory Board

On August 4, 2014, members of the Supervisory Board of the company Poslovni sistem Mercator, d.d., Mr Matej Lahovnik, Mr Rok Rozman, Mr Boris Galić, Mr Zdenko Podlesnik and Mrs Marjeta Zevnik submitted their resignations as members of the Supervisory Board of the company efective as at August 28, 2014.
